The existing property is currently being demolished. There may be the possibility to take advantage of the super bonus.

With more than 4000 inhabitants, the municipality of Terlan is one of the larger in the Adige Valley between Bolzano and Merano. In addition to the main village at 250 m above sea level, the villages of Siebeneich and Vilpian belong to the Terlan municipal area.

Terlan is visible from afar thanks to the tower of the parish church, which is one of the highest in South Tyrol and was built of shimmering red porphyry stone. With the ruins of the Maultasch Castle and the Sauschloss (Greifenstein) there are also two castles, both of which have a special history. Terlan is located on the eastern side of the Adige Valley, where apple orchards merge into vineyards. A special feature is the asparagus cultivation that is cultivated here. Every year in spring, gourmets and asparagus fans enjoy the delicious dishes of the “Terlan Asparagus Weeks”, accompanied by Terlan Sauvignon, which is considered the ideal asparagus wine.

Practical are the connections to South Tyrol’s cities of Bolzano and Merano by train, bike path and road (about 10 to 15 minutes by car). A cable car runs from the village of Vilpian to the highlands of the Salten, which are about 1000 meters higher: The family-friendly hiking area at the foot of the Sarntal Alps is waiting to be discovered.
